Standard Terms of Global Partnership
Welcome to Capra Falconeri. These Terms and Conditions outline the professional framework for our manufacturing, supply, and export services. By initiating an inquiry or order via our website, WhatsApp, Email, or AI Agent, you agree to the following elite standards of business.
1. Customization & Intellectual Property
As a specialist in bespoke manufacturing, you are the designer of your custom products. Due to the high level of personalization, all custom-manufactured articles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We ensure your unique designs are produced to your exact specifications.
2. Precision Sampling Policy
To ensure quality alignment, we offer a 100% Free Sample service to qualified corporate partners. However, for specific physical prototypes:

Sample Fee: Charged at double the finalized invoice unit price.

Logistics: All shipping and courier charges for samples are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Payment & Financial Protocols
To secure production slots and initiate material procurement, the following structures apply:

Small Orders: 100% advance payment required.

Commercial/Bulk Orders: 60% advance deposit to initiate production; the remaining 40% balance is due prior to shipment dispatch.

Transaction Fees: The customer (consignee) is responsible for all intermediary bank charges or money transfer fees. Capra Falconeri covers all receiving bank charges within our home territory.
4. Production Timelines & Calendars
Our commitment to craftsmanship requires focused time. Production lead times commence on the next working day following final design approval and deposit receipt. Please note:

Timelines are calculated based on Working Days only.

National, public, and religious holidays are excluded from the production count.
5. Global Shipping & Customs

Responsibility: Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Charges are calculated based on destination and volumetric weight.

Clearance: Capra Falconeri manages all export documentation and taxes within Pakistan. The customer is responsible for all import duties, local taxes, and federal compliance within their own territory.
6. Ethical Standards & Tenders
We strictly prohibit the use of Child Labor or forced labor. Furthermore, we welcome government and private sector tenders globally, operating under a comprehensive bidder rule to ensure value, service, and quality competition.
